Website access and server logs
This website is hosted on a physical server in Germany operated exclusively by the controller. No external hosting provider or administrator has access to the server.
When the website is requested, the Apache web server processes technical connection data needed to deliver and protect the site. This can include the IP address, date and time, requested address, response status, referrer, browser and operating-system information. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the website.
Access and error logs are automatically deleted after no more than seven days. Data relating to a specific security incident may be retained for longer only for as long as necessary to investigate and resolve that incident or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Cookies and external services
This website does not set cookies, store identifiers on your device, use analytics or advertising, load external fonts, or embed third-party content. The site search runs locally in your browser. Search terms are not sent to the server or retained.
Contact
If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the information you provide to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry concerns a contract or steps before a contract, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is responding to the enquiry. The data are deleted when the enquiry has been resolved unless legal retention duties or the need to establish, exercise or defend legal claims require longer storage.
Recipients and transfers
Personal data are not disclosed to third parties unless this is necessary to comply with a legal obligation. The website does not intentionally transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area.
Your rights
Where the legal requirements are met, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. In particular, you may object at any time to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for reasons arising from your particular situation.
You may also lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority. The supervisory authority responsible for private-sector organisations in Bavaria is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany: https://www.lda.bayern.de/
